Role Summary
Conducts highly complex analyses and evaluates data and reporting to deliver business insights to diverse stakeholder groups. Responsible for advanced data visualizations to assist business stakeholders uncover actionable business insights. Continuously improves data analytics processes.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with business subject matter experts, conducts descriptive and diagnostic analysis using advanced, complex statistical and quantitative analysis to identify trends patterns and insights that drive business decisions.
- Design, develop and troubleshoot data workflows to automate data preparation and analysis for use in dashboards and recurring analysis.
- Assists in the creation, maintenance and optimization of interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular audits and implementing quality control measures.
- Prepares visualizations and delivers results to management and/or other leaders. In partnership with business subject matter experts, provides recommendations for addressing observed outcomes. Translates complex technical concepts and analyses to nontechnical audiences.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to define data-related requirements. Focused on delivering data that helps to drive business results for key segments of the firm.
- Supports multiple projects and priorities at a time in addition to ad hoc requests for more immediate data needs as stakeholders require.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 2+ years of total relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Significant development experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Significant development experience with Alteryx, SQL, R, and/or Python.
- Proficient in statistical modelling, advanced analytics using Excel R or Python
- Experience interacting with databases and using Salesforce for data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support business operations and sales strategies.
- Experience and understanding of marketing, sales, distribution, or asset management metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with Adobe marketing products including Analytics, Campaign and Customer Journey Analytics.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
