Role Summary
Supports the development, maintenance, and communication of brand guidelines, TRP’s internal brand guidance platform (BrandWorks) content, and brand assets that help business partners apply the brand consistently across marketing materials. Provides project coordination and administrative support for brand governance activities by maintaining timelines, tracking action items, coordinating meetings, organizing documentation, and supporting stakeholder communications.
This role also supports advertising trafficking workflows by preparing creative rotation instructions, reviewing traffic sheets for accuracy, coordinating delivery of final creative assets and instructions to agency partners, and maintaining organized repositories of final brand assets and trafficking documentation. Over time, the role will develop deep BrandWorks knowledge and support the continued improvement of brand guidance, documentation, and partner-facing resources.
Responsibilities
Brand Guidelines, BrandWorks, and Asset Support:
- Supports the development and maintenance of BrandWorks guidelines, brand assets, and related resources, while coordinating updates and helping business partners apply brand standards consistently.
Brand Governance and Project Coordination:
- Provides project coordination and operational support for brand governance initiatives by managing timelines, tracking action items, documenting processes and decisions, and supporting the effective execution of key deliverables.
Advertising Trafficking Documentation and QA Support:
- Supports advertising trafficking workflows by coordinating creative instructions, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and helping ensure organized, error-free delivery of final assets to agency partners.
Asset Repository and Documentation Stewardship:
- Maintains organized asset and documentation repositories, supports version control, and helps ensure approved materials are current, accessible, and easy to locate.
Segment and Business Partner Support:
- Supports segment and corporate partners by providing brand application guidance, building knowledge of business needs, and helping improve brand resources and consistency across marketing efforts.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 2+ years of total relevant work experience.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with media or advertising trafficking workflows, including creative rotation instructions, traffic sheets, campaign naming conventions, asset handoffs, or agency delivery processes
- Strong organizational and documentation management skills, including experience maintaining project trackers, file repositories, version control, naming conventions, or source-of-truth documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills, with the ability to review materials for accuracy and translate process requirements into clear, practical guidance.
- Interest in using emerging tools and technology to improve documentation, workflow efficiency, and process consistency.
Preferred Tools Experience
- Experience with Workfront, Excel, SharePoint, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
- Interest in using emerging tools, including AI-enabled workflow support, to improve documentation, efficiency, and process consistency.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
