Role Summary
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to help shape how AI-enabled product and software delivery evolves across the organization. In this role, you’ll design and scale agentic workflows that improve how products move from business intent to production.
This is not a traditional program management or agile delivery role. We’re seeking someone who has directly built and operated AI-enabled delivery systems and can apply that experience to modernize how teams work.
The ideal candidate brings together product delivery, close engineering partnership, structured specification practices, context engineering, and agentic AI workflow design to create scalable ways of building software.
If you enjoy building new systems, working across product, design, and engineering, and using AI to improve delivery in practical ways, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact.
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of:
- Product ownership and delivery execution
- Mobile product and engineering collaboration
- AI-enabled product, design, and engineering workflows
- Spec-driven development and context engineering
- Agentic workflow design, orchestration, and optimization
Responsibilities
Lead AI-Native Product Delivery:
- Own delivery across one or more product areas, partnering with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Translate business intent into structured requirements, specifications, and release-ready deliverables
- Deliver outcomes aligned to product roadmaps and stakeholder needs
- While maintaining delivery discipline, the focus is on evolving delivery systems using AI, not simply executing traditional agile practices.
Design and Build Agentic AI Delivery Workflows:
- Design, build, and operationalize multi-step agentic workflows that improve:
- Backlog refinement and story generation
- Acceptance criteria development
- Design-to-engineering handoffs
- Engineering readiness and release execution
Develop reusable assets, including:
- Prompt and context libraries
- Agent instructions and workflow templates
- Structured spec standards and validation frameworks
- Implement and improve:
- Feedback loops and evaluation mechanisms
- Human-in-the-loop validation and quality control
- Workflow optimization and performance tuning
Modernize Product, Design, and Engineering Handoffs:
- Improve how teams move from business intent → design → engineering-ready specifications
- Establish and scale spec-driven development practices
- Connect tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, AI tooling) into repeatable delivery pipelines
Drive AI-Enabled Delivery Transformation:
- Identify and apply AI to change how delivery works, not just accelerate it
- Pilot, evaluate, and scale AI-enabled delivery practices
- Assess emerging tools and frameworks for practical application
Partner Across Product, Engineering, and Business Teams:
- Collaborate closely with mobile engineering teams (iOS/Android), product leaders, and stakeholders
- Communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences
- Align delivery execution to business outcomes and product priorities
Who You Are
You’re curious about how AI is changing software delivery and motivated by improving how products move from concept to production.
You’re comfortable partnering with engineering teams while staying grounded in product outcomes, customer value, and business impact.
You’re a builder, not just a coordinator.
You can clearly describe systems, workflows, or practices you’ve personally designed, implemented, and improved.
You likely bring many of the following strengths:
- Has strong product ownership instincts
- Demonstrates technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams
- Has personally built or implemented AI-enabled or agentic workflows
- Can translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, specifications, and workflows
- Understands the importance of validation, governance, and human oversight in AI-enabled systems
- Is comfortable building new practices from zero and iterating based on results
- Operates effectively in both strategic and hands-on execution contexts
- Brings a maker mindset and actively experiments with new tools and approaches
- Bring strong product judgment for client-facing digital or mobile experiences, including customer journeys, usability, adoption, telemetry, release learning, and holistic experience quality.
- Help teams maintain a healthy, outcome-oriented backlog that connects roadmap priorities, client value, delivery confidence, dependencies, and “next best dollar tradeoffs.
- Establish traceability and audit trails across AI-assisted outputs, human review decisions, specification changes, release readiness, and post-release learning
Tools and Ways of Working
We’re especially interested in candidates with hands-on experience or strong working knowledge in the following areas:
- AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code or similar)
- Spec-driven development workflows (e.g., Kiro, GitHub-style workflows)
- Agentic workflows, including multi-agent or orchestrated systems
- Prompt engineering and reusable context design
- Context engineering and structured specification design
- Jira, Confluence, Figma, and modern delivery tooling
- Design-to-code and engineering-ready handoff workflows
- Product-agent workflows (story generation, backlog refinement, validation)
- Native mobile delivery (iOS and Android)
- Feedback loops, evaluation frameworks, and workflow optimization
- Human-in-the-loop governance and quality control
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in product delivery, product ownership, or related roles
- Proven ability to lead delivery across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, building, or operating AI-enabled or agentic workflows in a real-world environment
- Strong ability to:
- Translate business needs into structured requirements and delivery plans
- Write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications
- Drive outcomes across product, design, and engineering teams
- Technical fluency in modern software delivery (APIs, specs, testing, release processes)
- Experience using AI to improve delivery systems, not just individual tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders and leadership
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments
Preferred:
- Experience designing or scaling agentic workflows, prompt libraries, or context repositories
- Experience with spec-driven development and AI-assisted coding workflows
- Experience working with mobile engineering teams
- Experience improving delivery, product operations, or workflow systems at scale
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., financial services)
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance considerations for AI systems
