This role will work closely with product, design, mobile engineering, architecture, risk, compliance, and platform partners to design, pilot, and operationalize new AI-enabled ways of working.

The role is initially focused on mobile delivery, with the expectation that successful patterns can become reusable across broader channel delivery models over time.

Why This Role Matters

AI-enabled delivery will only create leverage if teams have high-quality context, clear specifications, reusable patterns, governed workflows, and strong human ownership.

This role will help create the operating machinery that allows product, design, and engineering teams to move faster while improving quality, traceability, implementation fidelity, and delivery confidence.

The person in this role will help turn emerging AI-assisted practices into repeatable delivery capabilities, including structured product handoffs, agentic workflows, reusable templates, context libraries, validation checks, and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

As the Agentic AI Delivery Lead, you will help define, pilot, and scale modern delivery practices that improve collaboration across product, design, engineering, and governance partners.

You will operate in ambiguous, evolving environments and bring structure to new AI-assisted ways of working.

Lead product delivery execution:

  • Lead one or more squads in agile product delivery, partnering with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders to align execution to roadmap outcomes.
  • Write and refine clear user stories, acceptance criteria, structured requirements, and release plans that support efficient engineering execution.
  • Maintain delivery discipline across backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependency management, release readiness, and stakeholder validation.

Build AI-enabled delivery workflows:

  • Design, pilot, and improve AI-assisted workflows that support story generation, backlog refinement, acceptance criteria creation, design handoff, engineering readiness, and release execution.
  • Create reusable agentic delivery assets, including agent instructions, context libraries, workflow templates, validation checklists, and structured spec standards.
  • Help connect tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, AI coding assistants, and spec-driven development platforms into repeatable delivery workflows.

Improve product, design, and engineering handoffs:

  • Strengthen the quality and consistency of handoffs from business intent to design artifacts, Jira stories, engineering specs, and implementation plans.
  • Partner with design system, UX, content, analytics, and mobile engineering teams to improve design-to-code and engineering-ready specification practices.
  • Ensure delivery artifacts are clear, traceable, complete, and usable by engineering teams.

Embed governance, quality, and controls:

  • Ensure AI-assisted workflows include appropriate human review, validation, privacy, IP, accessibility, brand, risk, compliance, and transparency considerations.
  • Establish practical checks for AI-generated outputs, including completeness, consistency, design-system alignment, acceptance criteria quality, and release readiness.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and technology partners when evaluating tools, vendors, or new AI-enabled workflows.

Measure, learn, and scale:

  • Define success measures for pilots and delivery improvements, including quality, cycle time, reuse, engineering readiness, and stakeholder adoption.
  • Use release telemetry, delivery insights, and team feedback to recommend whether to scale, pivot, or retire new workflows.
  • Present options, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

Who You Are

You are deeply curious and knowledgeable about how AI is changing software delivery. You are excited by the opportunity to improve how products move from concept to production.

You are technically credible with engineering teams, but grounded in product delivery, business outcomes, and enterprise execution.

You are someone who:

  • Has strong product delivery instincts.
  • Brings technical fluency and credibility with engineering teams.
  • Is hands-on with modern AI-assisted delivery, workflow automation, or agentic productivity tools.
  • Can translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, specs, workflows, and delivery plans.
  • Understands that AI outputs require human review, validation, governance, and accountable ownership.
  • Is comfortable building new practices from zero and improving them through pilots, feedback, and measurable outcomes.
  • Is energized by improving developer productivity, product-design-engineering collaboration, and delivery effectiveness.
  • Can operate across strategic framing and detailed execution.

Tools, Concepts, and Ways of Working

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience or strong working fluency with tools and concepts such as:
