About this Position
We are seeking experienced Senior Administrative Assistants to support investment professionals within T. Rowe Price’s Investments Division on Contract assignments. These roles address immediate business needs and are typically structured as long‑term engagements (9–12 months). Assignments may be modified or extended based on business needs and performance.

Role Summary
Typically provides direct assistance to Investment professionals, including leaders and individual contributors. Responsible for exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy when completing own work. Effectively works with others to ensure seamless support and coverage when necessary. This is a fast-paced environment and being proactive, detailed oriented, and comfortable with problem solving is essential.Â
Responsibilities
- Performs moderately complex and confidential administrative duties that require considerable skill and knowledge of organization policies and procedures
- Schedules and maintains complex calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, serving as a gatekeeper for senior professionals
- Exercises moderate level of autonomy in troubleshooting issues as they arise and anticipates the needs of the person they support. Work is generally fast-paced and moderately complex
- Opportunities to assist with special projects across multiple teams
- Compiles, reviews, and analyzes more complex data and keeps databases and SharePoint sites up to date
- Coordinates investment meetings, including logistics (reserving meeting site, catering, security notifications), collection and coordination of meeting materials, agenda creationÂ
- May assist in the preparation of correspondences, memoranda, and reports, copying and filing and processing documentation of expenses and vouchers
- Preparing monthly expense reports
- Handling ad hoc administrative requests
Qualifications Â

- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience ANDÂ
- 3+ years of total relevant work experienceÂ

- Able to manage competing priorities and quickly adapt/pivot when neededÂ
- Proactive, forward-thinking approach to work with strong attention to detailÂ
- Adept with prioritization and organization to meet deadlinesÂ
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team with little directionÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication including follow through on all tasksÂ

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.Â

$55,000.00 - $93,500.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$60,500.00 - $103,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$69,000.00 - $117,000.00 for the location of: New York, CaliforniaThis job is eligible for overtime pay.
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
