Role SummaryÂ
Join a team responsible for transforming how marketing data, analytics, and artificial intelligence drive client experiences, personalization, and business growth. You’ll work at the intersection of enterprise martech, customer data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities—evaluating new technologies, building proof-of-concepts, and helping scale innovation across the organization.

Responsibilities
Act as a Client & Project Partner:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned business stakeholders and MarTech initiativesÂ
- Support end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects aligned to client and business needsÂ
- Gather, document, and clarify requirements for data and analytics use casesÂ
- Communicate project timelines, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholdersÂ
- Contribute to informed decision-making by providing data-driven insights and contextÂ
Drive Project Execution & Coordination:
- Research project dependencies, data flows, and potential gaps impacting deliveryÂ
- Coordinate across product, data engineering, analytics, and platform teams to execute projectsÂ
- Track and manage deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of initiativesÂ
- Document requirements, processes, and outcomes to support scalability and reuseÂ
Support Data Quality & Governance:Â
- Monitor and help improve data quality, availability, and consistency across datasetsÂ
- Identify and help resolve data issues that impact reporting, measurement, or client experienceÂ
- Support testing and validation of data implementations and tracking solutionsÂ
- Follow established data governance standards to ensure data is accurate and compliantÂ
Analyze Data & Deliver Insights:Â
- Analyze client and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunitiesÂ
- Develop recommendations to improve client experience, marketing performance, and operational efficiencyÂ
- Support development of dashboards, reports, and measurement capabilitiesÂ
- Partner with analytics and product teams to enable consistent, actionable insightsÂ
Contribute to Strategic Initiatives:Â
- Support initiatives tied to key performance indicators (KPIs), operational efficiency, and compliance requirementsÂ
- Help track progress and identify risks or dependencies impacting outcomesÂ
- Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement in data, processes, and toolsÂ
Qualifications
Required:Â
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experienceÂ
- 2+ years of experience in product, data, analytics, marketing technology, or a related fieldÂ
Preferred:
- Foundational understanding of data, analytics, and/or digital marketing conceptsÂ
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) preferredÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailÂ
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across cross-functional teamsÂ
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skillsÂ
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentÂ
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learnÂ

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$77,000.00 - $131,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$84,500.00 - $144,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$96,500.00 - $164,000.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
