Role Summary
The Relationship Management Associate (RMA) will primarily support the Americas Key Account practice and the firm’s Strategic Partnership Program. The RMA will collaborate with the senior relationship manager for key accounts and the Strategic Partnership Group in Baltimore and London, to drive strategic client initiatives and growth opportunities. The RMA will work cross-functionally within Americas and across Global Distribution and other key stakeholders to advance commercial priorities and projects.
The primary objective is to take the lead in the delivery of day-to-day interactions that align with projects that are of the highest strategic importance and optimize client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with RMs to support sales, retention, and growth of large, complex institutional clients, with a focus on key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Deliver high-quality, timely responses to client inquiries through proactive communication, issue resolution, and tailored insights for sophisticated investors.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver client education, CIO engagement, and targeted training programs and to sustain world class service including Investment Institute, Investment Strategy Group (ISG), Global Marketing, Global Client Account Services and Global Distribution.
- Leverage data, market research, and Voice of Client feedback to inform strategy, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze and track program impact, supporting account planning and reporting for Global Distribution and senior leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in business or finance
- 3+ years of total relevant work experience in the asset management industry
- FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 63)
Preferred:
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills across global teams
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Creative thinker with professional maturity and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, specifically senior management
- Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and global mindset with interest in high-impact projects, including the ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and leveraging technology/AI for efficiency
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
