Role Summary
The Product Communications Manager leads the development and execution of strategic communications plans supporting product launches and enhancements. This role delivers high-quality, client-focused communications that effectively position product capabilities across internal and external audiences. The position is responsible for driving enterprise-wide product messaging aligned with business objectives, regulatory standards, and global distribution needs.
Responsibitlites
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, Investments, PR, Product, and Distribution) to develop and execute clear, accurate, and effective product communications strategies from concept through delivery.
- Lead the development of internal talking points and external client-facing materials supporting product launches and enhancements across global distribution channels.
- Write and maintain foundational product content for broad use across marketing teams, including core messaging, internal materials, and client communications.
- Establish and recommend writing standards and content guidelines to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across product communications.
- Ensure all content meets quality standards and adheres to regulatory requirements by collaborating closely with Compliance and Legal partners.
- Develop and manage project plans to support timely execution of product communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with key business milestones.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 3-5 years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of experience in asset management or financial services
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear messaging
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a detail-oriented environment
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and global teams
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
