About the Team
The Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Platform team is a central organization built to establish enterprise-wide standards and capabilities as scalable solutions to be used across the enterprise. This team defines and manages enterprise data architectures working with Enterprise Architecture that ensures consistency, scale, controls and compliance to how data is managed. This organization is also responsible for enterprise capabilities including vendor solutions as product owners.
Role Summary
As an enterprise architect, you will be accountable and responsible for coordinating, documenting and governing enterprise data architectures. This role requires a deep understanding of modern cloud data architectures, and excellent communication skills to effectively lead and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. This role will also assist in the documentation of our target state architectures, guiding principles and frameworks. This role may also be involved in training engineers across the enterprise. The governance of core platforms/tools may also be required. Seeking energetic and creative person who enjoys designing and implementing capabilities that can scale across the enterprise.
Qualifications
Required:
- BS/MS degree (or equivalent) in a technical field and 8+ years’ experience in data-intensive roles.
- Proven experience leading the design and architecture of secure, scalable data solutions on AWS, meeting critical non-functional requirements.
- Strong technical leadership, with the ability to define and promote architectural patterns and best practices across engineering teams.
- Passion for hands-on engineering—comfortable both whiteboarding architecture and prototyping in code.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with modern data stack technologies including AWS, Snowflake, Dagster, dbt, and Spark.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
- Understanding of the asset management business and/or financial markets.

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home.
