Role Summary
T. Rowe Price is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Trade Management Digital Assets team within Middle Office, Global Investment Operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting operational processes for blockchain-based assets and cryptocurrencies, while also contributing to the oversight and management of other traditional assets such as Equities and Fixed Income. This position requires strong operational acumen, risk awareness, and adaptability to evolving financial products, technologies, and regulatory environments.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation of digital asset transactions across custodians and counterparties.
- Monitor and oversee the full trade life cycle for equities and fixed income instruments, including affirmation, matching, and settlement.
- Liaise with custodians, liquidity providers, brokers, and internal teams to resolve operational exceptions and discrepancies across all asset classes.
- Collaborate with portfolio management, front office, compliance, and technology teams to review and enhance controls and risk mitigation.
- Support onboarding and integration of new service providers and perform due diligence and oversight of existing vendors.
- Assist with development, operational support, and documentation of procedures for new asset launches.
- Track regulatory developments and industry best practices affecting digital assets, equities, and fixed income operations.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and control enhancements.
- Support daily cash and position reconciliations across IBOR, ABOR, and custody.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience within investment operations, custody, or related financial services role.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise and passion for digital assets, with proven experience and knowledge in equity and/or fixed income trade support.
- 3+ years of experience within digital assets operations, including:
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (SEC, CFTC, etc.) governing digital assets.
- Experience working with institutional digital asset investment managers, custodians, or liquidity providers.
- Familiarity with digital asset platforms.
- Proven track record managing operational processes for multiple asset classes, identifying control gaps, and driving improvements.
- Project management experience and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders across equities, fixed income, and digital assets.
- Proficiency with reconciliation tools, data management, and Excel; experience with digital asset platforms or APIs a plus.
- Familiarity with ETF operational workflows, including creation/redemption processes and coordination with authorized participants.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
