Role Summary

This role will be involved in collecting data and assist with analyses to support work that helps provide business insight to enable strategic business decisions. Under supervision, the individual will gather and organize product/services data, user stories, and features to support prioritization of product backlog; may perform basic analyses on collected information to inform the development of enablement tools/tactics

Responsibilities

  • Solutions Delivery— Assists with the completion of standard refinement activities within a product team, specifically helps with defining and writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and user interface design for platform and product enhancements; with supervision from more experienced professionals, may assist in obtaining acceptance and alignment from stakeholders for the recommended enhancements, documenting requirements along with prioritization, conducting user acceptance testing, and working with technology teams to deliver enhancements that generate business value.
  • Assessing Client Experience— Prepares user feedback for analyses to validate that products work as desired relative to key performance indicators. Assists in performing these analyses as directed. Documents findings from the analyses. Monitors changes to quantitative performance indicators such as operational metrics and ensures direct client feedback and associate feedback are up to date and properly stored in a database. Begins to develop understanding of competitive landscape.
  • Business Analytics— Interprets data and provides findings to more experienced professionals. Supports more experienced professionals with providing consultative support to product owners and other stakeholders as it relates to existing deliverables to enhance client experiences. Consolidates findings and may work with more senior professionals to provide business insight to product owners. May work with platform analysts to gather and review data used to inform changes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification 

Preferred:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Agile methodologies. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Prior experience in a similar role and/or industry.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.
