Role Summary and Job Responsibilities
T. Rowe Price seeks a Senior Business Analyst (Technical Business Analyst) in Owings Mills, MD to:
- Identify requirements, processes and impacts associated with desired changes.
- Perform independent investigation, analysis, and evaluation to determine best fit technologies for the business’s current and future needs.
- Provide technical guidance and apply senior business knowledge to improve in-house and customer facing systems and processes using appropriate levels of technical detail with audiences of varying technical knowledge.
- Mentor developers, analysts, and business partners on agile and workflow best practices to deliver technical and non-technical solutions to business units.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in applied computer science or related technical field PLUS
- 2+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analysis.
- Requires 2+ years of experience with Web Apps, Native Mobile apps, Rest APIs, using data analysis, and reporting.
- Requires 2+ years of agile experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in BDD, and backlog prioritization.
- Requires 2+ years of experience using UI/UX design tools, Figma, user journey tools Miro.
- Requires 2+ years of experience with SQL, cloud computing architecture and project management tools.
