Role Summary and Job Responsibilities
T. Rowe Price seeks a Senior Business Analyst in Owings Mills, MD to partner with the technical project teams and business partners to elicit, clarify and translate complex business requirements into application functional and detailed technical solution documentation and conceptual designs and:
- Define and translate business needs for new and enhanced products, services or optimized business processes.
- Participate in all phases of project lifecycle to ensure business requirements including detailed data requirements are understood, documented and met.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, information Systems, or a related technical field PLUS 2+ years of experience as a data and systems analyst or a related field.
- Requires 2+ years of experience with gathering, documenting, and analyzing system specifications and requirements, testing concepts, SDLC Processes (Agile Scrum, Waterfall), and Visio.
- Requires 2+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Autosys, SQL DB Visualizer, Cloud Snowflake, S3; and database concepts for DB2 and Oracle, as well as solution delivery experience migrating on premise legacy systems to a cloud design.
- 2+ years of experience with formulating and implementing test strategies.
