Role Summary and Responsibilities
- The Associate Analyst program is a 3-5 year structured program offering extensive mentorship and training, designed to develop future credit investors
- Diverse responsibilities including transaction and sector-related research projects, extensive financial analysis, and collaboration with analysts, portfolio managers, and traders
- Opportunity to interact with senior management teams across an array of municipal issuers
- Daily opportunity to learn directly from our senior investment professionals
- Expectation to provide investment insight and impact the investment process
- Strong support for pursuing the CFA designation

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Public Policy or a related field preferred
- Strong Excel skills and demonstrated ability to work with data
Preferred:
- Strong academic background and demonstrated intellectual curiosity
- Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
- Interest in credit research, fixed income investing, and/or the municipal market
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process
- Progress toward CFA designation is a plus

Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
