Role Summary
Support Equity Recruiting Manager in all aspects of Equity recruiting efforts with the guidance of the Equity Recruiting Manager and the Directors of Research. Primary responsibilities include coordination of recruiting efforts for Pre-MBA, MBA, lateral positions, and promotions for the Global Equity division, including TRPA and TRPIM. The incumbent will support the hiring and onboarding process for full-time positions as well as the MBA intern program. In addition to core responsibilities, the incumbent will support recruiting events and partnerships with colleges, universities, and other talent pipelines. This is a fast-paced role where the incumbent needs to be proactive, detailed oriented, and comfortable with independent problem solving. It is expected this role will work in office four days a week with the option of working one day a week from home.
Responsibilities
Assist Equity Recruiting Manager in implementing recruiting program for the Global Equity division, including coordination of all recruiting logistics, interviews, feedback, calibration, and onboarding.
Support Equity Recruiting Manager in partnering with core and corresponding schools to deliver on-campus recruiting events, managing all aspects of logistics, negotiating contracts, and preparing materials. As experience increases, take on full accountability for some schools.
Assist in Coordination of Stock Pitch Competitions and other recruiting events. Provide marketing materials, coordinate senior investor presentations and interview schedules, build resume bundles, calibrate feedback, act as primary point of contact for candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with campus contacts and external recruiting organizations to ensure T. Rowe Price’s continued participation in key programs.
Act as an ambassador for T. Rowe Price in promoting T. Rowe Price as an employer of choice.
Consult with Human Resources on offer letters, Workday postings, resume books, and other requirements to support HR recruiting efforts.
Assist in creating and maintaining recruiting materials, including those for onsite presentations, campus visits, and customized content for recruiting events. Maintain recruiting SharePoint site. Make recommendations for enhancements based on experience with and outcomes from recruiting events, candidate feedback, and senior leaders’ needs.
Assist the Equity Business Management team at times, including supporting internal reporting and ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
4+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred:
Project Management experience
Event Coordination experience
Prior administrative experience supporting an Investments profile
Strong time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships
Resourceful and self-motivated
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
