External Description:
The Head of Enterprise Journeys & Process Engineering is a strategic business leader that provides strategic and operational leadership and oversight of the performance of process engineering and front-to-back-journeys within the Transformation Office.
Acts as a key partner and liaison between Transformation Office, BUs, sponsors, technology and data. This leader works with a broad group of stakeholders across the organization to define and advance work, lead the execution of process engagements aligned to key priorities as well as facilitate end to end journeys from concept to implementation. This leader ensures information is shared effectively and clearly with leadership, key stakeholders and within the Transformation Office.
The lead proactively manages team cost centers, financials, teams, communications and issues as they arise.
The successful candidate will need excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively and succinctly to senior stakeholders, be detail oriented, facilitate workshops and senior level meetings including steering committees and working collaboratively with a broad range of key business staff. They will also manage, coach and mentor process and journey associates, ensuring they have the appropriate skills training, career trajectory, performance management and capacity planning.
Principal Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develops and implements long term strategic plans for process engineering and multi-year roadmaps for front-to-back journeys in line with the Transformation Office and COO strategies
Collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to define, prioritize and sequence key initiatives
Defines and implements intake and tracking of process and journey engagements within PPM platform
Provides hands on assistance, support, and drives outcomes aligned to process engagements and front to back journey roadmaps
General Management
Resourcing and Talent Management:
In partnership with Transformation Leadership and HR, supports the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent within COO and Transformation Office.
Supports execution of talent activities such as technical training and workforce planning.
Builds and nurtures a high-performance team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Prepares and delivers regular updates on in flight efforts, upcoming priorities to executives, leadership, business units and broader COO teams
Develop and report on key team metrics, milestones, utilization and benefits
Standards & Methodology
Refine and standardize methodology, approach, tools, templates
Define capacity and prioritization for each team
Campaign to educate and grow both process and journey capabilities
Drive roadmap and detailed planning to move from current state to implementation of target state in an agile manner
Demonstrated Competencies / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 15 years Process optimization / Management Consulting / Process Engineering experience
Strong track records in people management with experience identifying and developing talent
Strong ability to provide hands on coaching
Previous exposure working in a Global organization across multiple time zones
Effective project management, change and co-ordination abilities.
Strong communicator
Decisive, thoughtful and the ability to develop solutions to a myriad of problems/challenges
Identifies potential areas of conflicting priorities and vulnerability in achieving standards. Maintains a proactive work review and approval process prior to assignment completion. Solicits internal and external customer evaluation of performance and devises measures for improvement.

Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
12+ years of total relevant work experience and 5+ years of management experience

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for full time remote work.
Regional Requirements:
Base salary range:
$170,500 - $291,000 USD for the locations of: Colorado and the State of Washington
$212,500 - $350,000 USD for the locations of: California and New York
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
