Role Summary

Responsible for sales and revenue generation and/or client relationship management for an increased volume of standard accounts, typically focused on individual or institutional accounts. Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans for the development of new revenue pipelines. Continues to build industry experience and proactively researches trends, competitor services/offerings, and clients' business environments. Proactively services a book of business to ensure that all assigned clients are contacted regularly. Ensures satisfaction, swift response to client, efficient problem resolution, contract and operational compliance, and risk mitigation. Identifies account growth opportunities and promotes these to assigned clients. Responsible for the achievement of defined sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Meets with clients to share new product and service developments across a range of businesses and the associated pricing to assigned clients/prospects.
  • Identifies and qualifies appropriate prospects, develops a “trusted advisor” relationship and helps clients find solutions to address their needs.
  • Evaluates the potential of prospects; develops and executes a plan for capitalizing on those opportunities.
  • Begins to grow knowledge of assigned clients, their sensitivities, and their business needs to affect their decision-making.
  • Leverages marketing and insight content to build and deepen client relationships
  • Keeps abreast of client relationship activity occurring throughout the firm to support responses to inquiries.
  • Liaises remotely with relevant business contacts (internally and externally) to coordinate service to the client.
  • Escalates relevant issues to senior team members or management.
  • Initiates and develops relationships with clients and business prospects to obtain meetings and deliver presentations on products and services.
  • Generates new leads through client and market research.
  • Conducts research to support the development of client specific sales strategies and material generation.
  • Analyzes the effectiveness of current initiatives.
  • Completes assigned action plan implementation tasks and may assign implementation activities to less experienced professionals.
  • Performs a range of analyses of data, trends, plan changes, and strategies to keep up to date with sales/relationship performance.
  • Manages client inquiries and resolves problems within scope of knowledge.
  • Engages the appropriate internal contacts, as directed, to ensure contract requirements are in alignment with organizational policies and standards.
  • Seeks final approval from all required parties.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses required upon hire
  • CRPC obtained within 180 days of hire

Preferred:

  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.

WORK FLEXIBLITY

This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week after the successful completion of a training program
