ROLE SUMMARY

  • 2–4-year structured program offering extensive training and mentoring, designed to develop future analysts
  • Diverse responsibilities including transaction and sector related research projects, collaboration with analysts, portfolio managers, and trading desk, and extensive financial analysis

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree required with a focus in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field preferred 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong academic background and intellectual curiosity
  • Highly motivated, confident self-starter with the ability to work independently and with others
  • Background and/or strong interest in finance preferred
  • Interest in credit research and fixed income investing
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth thematic research across a broad spectrum of topics which can be additive to the investment process
  • Knowledge of and interest in the municipal market preferred
  • Progress toward CFA designation is a plus
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States (e.g., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant work status)
